If you’re attending the Midsummer Ceilidh and would like to get to know some friendly faces before the dancing begins, join us for this relaxed gathering in Pickering Book Tree.

The pre-ceilidh meet up is free to attend, but please RSVP via the booking page linked below.

We’ll mingle in the welcoming atmosphere of the bookshop, enjoying an informal chat and a drink. There’ll also be the opportunity to browse the books if you’d like to do so. We’ll then walk to the Memorial Hall together as a group to arrive in good time before the music and dancing begins!

Anyone booked for the ceilidh is welcome to join us, especially if you’re new to the area, haven’t been to a ceilidh before or aren’t sure if you know anyone else going to the dance.

We hope that this will be a lovely way to feel comfortable and meet each other before the evening fully starts.
