Cressida Burton

Meet Cressida Burton, author of pony, adventure and boarding school stories perfect for readers of 8 years and older (there is no upper age limit)!

Cressida will talk about how she became a writer and what inspired her to write the Ravensbay series. She'll read extracts from the first book in the series and from her stand-alone book The Starlight Pony. You'll also have the chance to ask questions, and talk to Cressida while she signs copies of her books.

The event starts at 6.30pm, and doors will be open from 6pm to give you time to settle and find a comfy seat. Drinks will be provided (soft drinks, and wine on request for the grownups).

Cressida's stories are all set on the stunning North Yorkshire coast and within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, where she lives with her husband, Mr B, and their big ginger floof of a cat.
